In everything country around the world, there are five main laws in their country. In Cambodia, we now already done our five main laws which are; Cambodia Constitution, Cambodia Criminal Code, Cambodia Criminal Procedure Code, Cambodia Civil Code, Cambodia Civil Procedure Code. Cambodia five main laws are lately adopted because of regime changing and the year zero of Cambodia. However, we now can achieve it. Thank RGC.
Why this five codes are the basic code of every country?
Because all another laws of their country MUST be followed; first the Constitution, Second Criminal Code, Civil Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Civil Procedure Code.
Basic of Each Code:
1- Constitution: The Supreme law of the country. Constitution is the highest law of the country and all laws and regulation of the country MUST be lobbied with this law.
2- Criminal Code/Civil Code: In everything country around the world, Criminal Code and Civil Code is the important laws of their country. Some laws are drafted based on this two laws.
3- Criminal Procedure Code/Civil Procedure Code: Those laws is about the law procedure. Those are involved with Criminal Code and Civil Code.
